Calories Absorbed By Fiber Calculator Help

People watching their weight often increase their fiber intake. Fiber has many benefits as part of your diet, one of which is that fiber absorbs calories. While increasing daily fiber intake is only one piece of the weight loss equation, this calculator will show how long it will take to lose weight if increasing fiber is the only diet change you make.

Input Fields:

Title A title for these calculator results that will help you identify it if you have printed out several versions of the calculator.
US/Metric Choose US or Metric units.
Daily Fiber Your daily fiber intake. This may be the amount of fiber you currently get from your diet or the amount of fiber you are ultimately working up to.
Show Time to Lose The calculator will show you the number of calories and the number of days it will take to lose this many pounds solely from your daily fiber intake.

Output Fields:

Daily Calories Absorbed Fiber will absorb this many calories from your diet each day you get the given 'Daily Fiber' amount.
Pounds/Kilograms Days and calories have been calculated to lose the weight shown in this column.
Calories The total calorie reduction required to lose the weight shown.
Days The days it will take to lose the weight shown if your calories are reduced each day by the number calculated as 'Daily Calories Absorbed'.
